Meet Debra Pace 

Hello, my name is Debra Pace. I'm passionate about selling real estate and I'm very thankful to my sweet husband for supporting and encouraging me along way. My other two greatest joys in life are my children: Kaleb is a Senior at The University of Southern Mississippi, and Lauren is a Sophomore at USM. 

As a REALTOR®, I specialize in residential home and land sales in the Hattiesburg area. After only a few years, I'm classified as a top producer in the area. I do everything on my own from start to close, watching over all the details of your transaction. Many people will say they love listings, but I must say that assisting first time home buyers is my favorite part of this business. I love their excitement, and helping them overcome their nervousness by walking them through the process is what I do best. 

When it comes to moving, I can relate to everyone searching for a home. I have followed my husband during his service in the U.S. Army, pursuing higher education, and his professional career in the poultry industry. We left our home in Texas to live in Germany, Louisiana, Arkansas, and now Mississippi.
